Hygiene conditions for lingerie

Returns under the right of withdrawal are not accepted for lingerie that is unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals or wrapping have been opened after delivery. This rule is based on the hygiene exception in Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Products with unopened protective elements

For products that do not fall within the hygiene exception, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. You can send written notice to blackpatelofficial@gmail.com. Including your order number helps us locate your request.

Damaged, incorrect or defective products

Please contact us if your product arrives damaged, incorrect or defective. The hygiene exception does not remove your statutory rights concerning defective goods. Photographs may help our review, but your statutory rights are not conditional on providing photographs or a carrier report. We cover the necessary shipping costs in these cases.

Return shipping and refunds

After receiving your request, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the time limits and conditions of applicable legislation, using the relevant payment method. This policy does not limit consumers’ statutory rights.
